Overview Our Risk Program Administrators organization is growing and we have a newly created position for a Sr IT Analyst. We’re looking for someone with a passion for Technology that is seeking an opportunity to jump start their career working alongside an award-winning insurance industry leader. Ideally you enjoy a fast-paced role supporting business users and clients as it relates to software applications. We would prefer a hybrid based position in our Phoenix offices, however for the right individual, this position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US. How you'll make an impact Implement solutions for client and internal users within the Origami application Assist in configuration of application to meet the needs of our various clients and internal users Provide technical and application front-end support when problems arise Ensure projects and deliverables are completed quickly and accurately Manage regular audits of settings, permissions, and access to data Interface effectively with management, clients, account teams and partners Comply with all company policies and procedures, pro-actively protecting confidentiality of client and company information Keep abreast of industry trends and governmental regulations Work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently organizing work and managing time to meet deadlines Exercise discretion in confidential matters and use independent judgment About You Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar technical training/education Experience or willingness to learn and embrace SQL, XML, HTML, & JavaScript Strong ambition, impeccable work ethic and desire to grow into a leadership role Ability to multi-task, deal with deadlines, and high attention to detail Aptitude for technology, databases, and applications #LI-DK3 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
