Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Application Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for internal users and external clients, providing technical assistance for business-critical software applications. You’ll work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to and resolve user-reported application issues via ticketing system, email, or chat + Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems across multiple platforms and environments + Reproduce issues in test environments to identify root causes and collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions + Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues in a knowledge base + Provide application onboarding, training, and support to users as needed + Monitor application performance and escalate recurring issues or systemic problems + Maintain a deep understanding of supported applications and systems + Support integration efforts, testing, and software releases in coordination with other teams Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in a technical support, application support, or IT helpdesk role + Familiarity with SQL and the ability to query databases to investigate data-related issues + Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or other CRMs (a plus) + Strong understanding of software troubleshooting, Windows/Linux environments, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): + Experience with ITSM tools like Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow + Familiarity with RESTful APIs, XML/JSON, or scripting languages like Python or Bash + Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) + Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies What We Offer: + Competitive salary and performance bonuses + Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with employer match + Generous PTO and paid holidays + Training, certification support, and professional development opportunities + A collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment Apply Now: Ready to make an impact in a dynamic technology environment?
