Responsibilities

**Demo of Instruments**: Provide demonstrations of HPLC/UHPLC instruments and sample analysis for potential customers.**Method Development**: Develop methods based on specified workflows to ensure world-class performance.**Application Note Development**: Create comprehensive application notes to support customer usage.**Customer Training**: Conduct training sessions for customers as per purchase order commitments to ensure they successfully implement our technologies.**Paid Training**: Provide paid training at our demo lab to improve customer knowledge and skills.**Internal Training**: Facilitate lab training for new joiners to ensure they are well-equipped to compete in their roles.**Presales Support**: Provide online presales support upon request from the TSS/Marketing team to drive customer engagement.**Travel**: Travel approximately 20% of the time for customer demos to determine needs and showcase our exceptional products.

Requirements

Proven experience in handling HPLC/UHPLC instruments.Ability to develop and implement methods based on workflows.Proficient in crafting application notes and customer training.Willingness to travel up to 20% pan India for customer demonstrations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
