Location: Raleigh/Durham, NC - Hybrid Position Working 3 Days in Office and 2 days remote

**What You’ll Do**
🔹 **Be a Security Advocate** – Work alongside development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate security best practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
🔹 **Identify & Eliminate Threats** – Perform security reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments to uncover and mitigate risks before they become threats.
🔹 **Shape the Future of Application Security** – Define and implement security policies, controls, and standards to safeguard applications and data.
🔹 **Enhance Security Tooling** – Configure and optimize Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP), and other security solutions.
🔹 **Stay Ahead of Cyber Threats** – Conduct research on emerging security trends and contribute to the continuous evolution of our security strategy.

**What We’re Looking For**
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
✅ 3+ years of minimum work experience with strong understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, and security frameworks.
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps principles, and automation.
✅ Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for security tooling and automation.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a security-first mindset.
✅ Hands-on experience with security tools like SAST, DAST, SCA.
**Bonus Points (Not required, but nice to have!)**
âž• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
âž• Knowledge of container security and serverless computing.
