Wir suchen einen Senior Application Manager zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Payer & Government Solutions in Dortmund, die rund 170 Mitarbeiter umfasst. Für unsere Kunden im Gesundheits- und Regierungssektor entwickeln wir Software zur Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, von der Architektur bis zur Implementierung. Wir verwenden Standardtechnologien, behalten aber auch neue Entwicklungen im Auge.

Bei uns arbeiten Sie in einem dynamischen Umfeld eines IT-Unternehmens mit aktuellen Technologien und IT-Systemen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für unsere Softwarekomponenten in den Betriebsumgebungen unserer Kunden.Installation, technischer Support und Konfiguration unserer Softwareprodukte.Selbstständige Analyse von Supportanfragen und Änderungswünschen unterschiedlicher Dringlichkeit und Komplexität.Wartung von Softwareprodukt-Releases.Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produkte und Prozesse zusammen mit den Prozesseigentümern.Enger Austausch mit Service Managern, Softwareentwicklern und Projektmanagern.Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLAs für mehrere Systemlandschaften.Dokumentation der implementierten Lösungen und Prozesse.Management externer Dienstleister/Kunden und Koordination interner Schnittstellen.Leitung, Steuerung und technische Unterstützung der Expertengruppe Application Manager.

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IT-Hintergrund.Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Betriebssysteme. (Windows / Linux)SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Datenbanken. (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise.Teamfähigkeit.Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Zielgruppen.Gute und sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

We are looking for a Senior Application Manager to join our Payer & Government Solutions division in Dortmund, which has around 170 employees. For our customers in the healthcare and government sectors, we develop software for the digitization of business processes, from architecture to implementation. We use standard technologies but also keep an eye on new developments.

With us, you will work in the dynamic environment of an IT company with current technologies and IT systems.

Your tasks:

Responsibility for our software components in the operating environments of our customers.Installation, technical support, and configuration of our software products.Independent analysis of support requests and change requests of varying urgency and complexity.Maintenance of software product releases.Analysis and optimization of existing products and processes together with process owners.Close exchange with service managers, software developers, and project managers.Ensuring agreed SLAs for multiple system landscapes.Documentation of implemented solutions and processes.Management of external service providers/customers and coordination of internal interfaces.Management, control, and technical support of the Application Manager expert group.

Your profile:

Completed studies, training, or comparable qualification with an IT background.Good knowledge of at least one of the operating systems. (Windows / Linux)SQL knowledge and experience with databases. (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)Sense of responsibility and a structured, service-oriented way of working.Teamwork skills.Strong ability to communicate with target groups.Good and secure German language skills, both written and spoken.
