Day to day customer contactAnalyze application infrastructure requirements based on technical feasibility, IT Service standardization and IT Security aspectsConsults projects on application and infrastructure possibilities and suggest fit-for-purpose solutions in line with overall business requirementsConnects required competencies and specialists together in a global set-upGuide and review customer application set-ups through the Enterprise IT Onboarding Process (EpITOP) by providing additional security consultingKeeping KPI and SLA Management.

QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Network Security or similar qualificationBroad and generic knowledge in:
- IT Infrastructure components (e.g. servers, database, web hosting), network concepts, IT security, specialisation in one area is a plusPersonal profile:Communicative and disciplinedSelf-motivated for continuous learningUnderstanding of complex scenarios and dependenciesOffice suite with emphasis on Visio
