Responsibilities:
Meets with customer to define total requirementsWorks directly with the customer’s engineering personnel to analyze their power systems needs and assists them in finding the most efficient product solutionCompile technical data required for our customers to make informed decisions on whether to purchase our engines or notParticipate in technical sales calls and presentationsActs as key negotiator on all commercial aspects of assigned accountsDevelop or package 3D drawing packages of the engine and related components recommended for each customerProvide on-site field support to OEM customers to assist with the integration of our engineComplete field audits and testing of installed engine installations in OEM equipmentCompile field test data into final test reportDocuments the engine and component specifications required by individual customersQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with HS Diploma/GED2 year industry related experience preferred1 year sales experience preferredAcceptable driving record and valid driver’s license required Strong customer service and communication skillsStrong PC knowledge with MS Office experienceStrong electrical and mechanical aptitudeCAD/3D Modeling experience preferredElectrical Power, Generator or Reciprocating Engine experience desiredPersonal Characteristics: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Sociability, Achievement OrientationTravel:
Up to 25% travel
Minimum Physical Requirements:
