This position will report to Engineering Organization Brazil and will support Sales, Engineering, Operations and any other team that requires technical inputs on electronics and control. The candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, technically support external and internal customers based in Brazil on Copeland Product Portfolio of Electronics, Controls and Services; assisting local OEMs, Contractors, Distributors & Key End Users on Projects that include Copeland Electronics Products; product selection; conduct training initiatives, support aftersales, field support and project execution while developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships and technical partnerships to ensure entire customer satisfaction and fast-paced business growth. Also responsible to actively develop partners and contractors operating as technical support and system installers throughout the region. + Technically Support Customers focused on Copeland CDUs and Compression solutions selection and its application. + Build and develop technical relationships with customers. Actively and proactively listen customer needs to design, plan, and execute to deliver Copeland technology solutions. + Develop strategical technical contacts relevant to Copeland business in Key OEMs and End Uses supporting sales process + Build and update customer Application Profiles to evaluate possible package of Copeland Solutions including Compressors or CDUs to be introduced or even developed for OEMs and End Users. + Provide Technical advice on selection and application of CDUs and compression product portfolio. + Review, adapt, generate and manage technical information and documentation related to product selection and application of CDUs and Compression products collaborating and building alliances with other regions and business units. + Develop and perform internal and external technical presentations + Design and Execute Technical Training Program focused on HVAC-R Basics, CDUs and Compression solutions strategy taking advantage on Learning Center Capabilities + Provide technical support and guidance on CDUs and Compression product offer besides customer application’s technical insights to sales team. + Work in collaboration with Engineering Services Team to build Copeland Integrated Solutions leveraging Copeland Product Portfolio. + Drive CDUs and Compressors new technology’s introduction in the region supported by the leadership. + Collaborate with marketing campaigns and tradeshows + Technically Support Customers focused on Copeland CDUs and Compression solutions selection and its application. + Build and develop technical relationships with customers.
