Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Collect and analyses information from customers to understand their business and their technical needs.Develop technical proposals of how the organization’s products and services can meet customer needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing systems and equipment.Develop and deliver sales presentations and respond to technical questions regarding the organization’s product, system, or service.Estimate the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the organization’s products and services to meet customer needs.Liaise with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and installed according to customer needs.Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation.Train customers on the features of the product or service they have purchased.Develop technical solution to customer’s application.Follow up the industrial and competitors’ technical development.Provide internal and external training on new technologies and application. Collect and analyze competitor’s technical data.Use testing technology and internal analysis technology to optimize product’s application by customer, and offer input to R&D department.Prepare equipment for customer attended demonstration.Strengthen technical communication with parent companies and sister companies.Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers with clear, concise data.Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics/Engineering/Electro mechanics related field.At least 5 years related experience in application relevant industry, working experience in MNC is preferred.
