Are you someone who can:

Contribute to the budgeting process and monitor financial utilization according to the operational plan.Produce or review budget reports to ensure accuracy in reflecting work activities.Maintain financial documentation for accurate record-keeping and compliance with legislative requirements.Identify and escalate potential budget risks that may lead to increased costs or financial losses.Present proposals for planned activities requiring financial resources and approve expenditures.Analyze data to forecast expenditure and cash flow trends, making recommendations for budget improvements.Ensure customer service solutions align with the operational plan, organizational values, and service standards.Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, taking ownership of issues and analyzing feedback for service improvement.Implement and monitor business processes according to quality standards, compliance, and governance requirements.Foster teamwork and inclusivity, promoting personal development plans and sharing knowledge to enhance team success.

You’ll be an ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:

A BSc in Engineering, BSc in Informatics, or a related qualificationA minimum of 8 years of solid experience with the Microsoft technology stack3 to 5 years of experience in a technical team lead roleExperience in C# custom developmentFamiliarity with the Power Platform, including mobile-driven applications and DataverseExperience with SSIS and SQLUnderstanding of Agile frameworksStrong stakeholder management skillsIn-depth knowledge of SDLC code practicesExperience with REST API integrationsFamiliarity with CRM Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps is beneficialExperience in the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous
