You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following:

Minimum: Diploma or required certificationPreferred: Degree and/or relevant certification3 to 5 Years experience, including at least 3 in a lead role.Preferred: Banking Industry Experience, working knowledge of iOSProficiency in Swift and Objective-C.Experience in iOS frameworks and development tools.

Key Responsibilities:        

Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders in order to achieve productivity synergies.Ensure financial documentation is maintained to support accurate record keeping and future legislative requirements  Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, providing guidance, support and feedback to help them grow in their roles.Oversee project timelines, assign tasks and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.Review code, design architecture and ensure best practices are followed, conduct reviews and ensure high quality standards.Stay updated on the latest iOS development trends, tools and technologies to promote continuous learning within the team.Address technical challenges and find solutions to complex problems, lead the team in troubleshooting and debugging.Ensure product knowledge and advice is technically accurate and provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options. Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and dataProvide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets Accumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities Implement, monitor and control business processes according to quality standards; policy; and compliance and governance requirements in area of accountabilityReview existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy Monitor customer feedback reports and align processes to maximise efficiencies Ensure that each employee prepares a personal development plan that is implemented and reviewed as required Provide on the job coaching and guidance
