Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Project manage strategic solution delivery initiatives, to include planning, scheduling, scope management, risk management, issue management, financial and resource management, and change management. Projects could be waterfall, agile, or hybrid. Lead agile technology and business teams through early formation and project definition phases, through design, build, and implementation. Contribute to evolving our agile project management skillsets, methodologies, and DevOps operating models across the firm. Build and manage relationships at various levels across the firm; to gather consensus, to drive alignment, to influence outcomes, and to resolve competing priorities.The qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or related degree required. 5-6 years experience and demonstrated success in Project Management required; PMI or similar certification is a plus. Experience in Product Management a plus. A self-starter who owns the outcomes of work; follows through on commitments; and sees things through to completion. Ability to manage multiple projects and project team size, and other responsibilities simultaneously. Background in Software Engineering, Agile SDLC, or Data Analytics/BI solution delivery Ensure appropriate standards (i.e. project methodology, SDLC, solution delivery, and operational norms) are followed, as well as follow and improve standard PMO processes. Ability to manage projects of moderate to high complexity. Experience in implementing solutions with resources spread across geographically, including onshore/nearshore/offshore. Effective presentation skills and stakeholder management. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.Our difference.
