**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer ServiceNow opening for our client in Schaumburg, IL.** **Location:** Schaumburg, IL **Duration:** 6 months **Duties:** + Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. + Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal solutions. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications. + Integrate SolarWind with ServiceNow for monitoring and alerting functionalities. + Lead and assist in the creation of test plans, implementation schedules, and overall project coordination. + Maintain and improve ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) framework capabilities. + Participate in leadership discussions and provide guidance for both the technical and business teams. **Skills:** + In-depth knowledge and experience with ServiceNow, particularly within the ITSM framework. + Experience with SolarWind integration with ServiceNow. + Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including creating custom applications and workflows. + Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages used in ServiceNow. + Experience in troubleshooting, bug fixes, and ongoing system improvements within ServiceNow. + Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. **Experience:** + Proven experience working with ServiceNow development, customization, and integration. + Experience in SolarWind integration with ServiceNow. + 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow or related ITSM applications. + Demonstrated leadership experience. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
