Application Developer AWS Cloud FullStack
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer AWS Cloud FullStack opening for our client in Plano, TX. Location: Plano, TX Duration: 11 months Duties: Develop and optimize modern data frameworks and scalable pipelines to handle complex, large-scale datasets. Design and implement efficient ETL/ELT workflows to support analytics and data science initiatives. Work extensively with AWS Cloud Services, Apache Spark, and Databricks to manage and process data. Utilize Oracle SQL, MongoDB, MySQL, PySpark, and Python for data extraction, transformation, and processing. Apply expertise in rail shipment transaction data analytics to derive predictive and prescriptive insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of data solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and infrastructure. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data systems. Skills: Proficiency in AWS Cloud Services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Redshift. Strong experience with Apache Spark and Databricks for big data processing. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and best practices. Expertise in data management using Oracle SQL, MongoDB, MySQL, PySpark, and Python. Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure. Experience working with predictive analytics and machine learning models. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cloud-native development practices. Experience: 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development and working with modern data frameworks. Proven track record in optimizing and scaling data pipelines for large-scale systems. Experience with rail shipment transaction data analytics, including predictive and prescriptive insights. Hands-on experience in working with cloud-based data services and infrastructure. Familiarity with data processing and analytics in cloud environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
