Job Overview:

We are searching for an Application Developer to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and translate them into usable software platforms and develop state-of-the-art code to create high-performance and secure software for use within Linde’s Gases and Equipment businesses. Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and create wireframes and mock-ups of application architectures. Develop technical documentation and modeling system diagrams for end users as well as develop and debug integrations with existing applications across multiple platforms. Handle issues with existing applications as per service line agreements and work closely with our vendors and guide them appropriately to complete the business requirement. Work with Automated Test User Interface (“UI”) developers to ensure high-quality, tested, working features and apply knowledge of HTTP, Fiddler traces. Research and troubleshoot issues in Quality Assurance and production and embrace Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery using Azure DevOps, AWS including robust automated continuous integration and continuous build pipelines that automatically execute static code analyzers, design analyzers, unit tests, and integration tests. Supervise one (1) IT Mobile Application Developer. Remote work is permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Development of integration interfaces and document interchange using Oracle Fusion Middleware technology stacks, including SOA, B2b, OSB, and BPELImplementing Electronic Data Interchange integration with JDE using different document protocols, including cXML, XML, and X12; Building EDI mapping specifications and developing maps using XSLT/Xqyert transformation; Developing application programs using programming language C#.Net, Visual Studio, and Web Services; Developing scheduled/automation jobs using PowerShell scripts and CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps.

Travel: 10% domestic and international to Linde Gas Equipment Inc. client sites and offices.

Hours: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

Salary Range:$129,418 - $135,000
