What We Are Looking For: * Design and develop full-stack applications within the FileMaker platform, supporting robust, scalable, and maintainable business solutions. * Collaborate with development leads and cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and enhance applications used in the medical device manufacturing industry. * Create and manage backend data structures, including tables, fields, and relational models to support complex workflows and reporting needs. * Build user-centric interfaces using FileMaker Layouts, focusing on intuitive design and responsive user experience (UI/UX). * Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows based on defined business logic to improve operational efficiency. * Perform thorough unit testing and debugging to validate functionality and ensure quality before deployment; work closely with QA for seamless integration. * Support application lifecycle by addressing user issues, resolving support tickets, and providing iterative feedback for continuous improvement. * Integrate FileMaker applications with external systems, APIs, and data sources to enhance core functionality and extend system capabilities. What You Will Bring: * 3 years of experience in application development. * Experience developing applications on the FileMaker platform, including FileMaker 19 and newer versions. * Demonstrated experience with FileMaker Pro development and FileMaker Server administration. * Strong knowledge of relational database design and data modeling principles. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. * Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines. * Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, providing and receiving feedback to support shared growth and success. * Commitment to consistently delivering value to users through high-quality, user-focused application development. * Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js. * Experience working in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or medical devices. * Knowledge of third-party FileMaker tools and integrations, including BaseElements, NRGsoft, and others. * FileMaker Certification is a strong plus. * Experience using Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for project tracking and documentation. #LI-JB1 **Title:** *Application Developer* **Location:** *CO-Littleton* **Requisition ID:** *25000051*
