The Application configuration specialist role will help ensure the optimal utilization of COTs and custom software systems by providing configuration enhancements, support and training and quality assurance. To succeed in this role, you should be highly collaborative and flexible, have excellent organizational, time management and communication skills, as you will be collaborating with colleagues and external suppliers in helping teams deliver results on tight deadlines.Main ResponsibilitiesGathering and analyzing business requirements to determine the configuration needs of COTs or custom applications.Setting up software applications based on the specifications and requirements.
