Minimum Requirements International Motors, LLC is seeking an Application Analyst Lead in Lisle, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of applications analysis experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of applications analysis experience OR 7 years of applications analysis experience Required Skills: Contribute to design, analysis, development, implementation, enhancements and maintenance of EPM tools including Hyperion Planning, PBCS, FCCS, Essbase and Hyperion Financial Reporting; Document business requirements into technical solutions using standard templates and support implementation discussions; Improve the existing features and functionality of the Hyperion environment while ensuring data integrity and assisting with system changes to meet the report and planning needs of the Finance Business Teams; Export and import files into Hyperion Systems and develop custom FR reports or Smart View retrieves using Oracle provided shared services, Oracle FR studio to meet the requirements of the Finance Business Teams; Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution and recommendations for improvements and efficiencies to meet the report and planning needs of the Finance Business Teams; Support the development of training content and delivery of training presentations for financial management system related processes; Work with Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely Forecast and Budget submissions. 20% domestic travel required; must live within normal commuting distance of Lisle, IL.
