Responsibilities Prepares menu items according to Recipes, Plate Presentations and specificationsCompletes all assigned prep workSets up work station according to station diagramAbility to remain productive during slow times and quickly switch to a fast-pace when business dictatesAbility to work alone, multitask, and accomplish all responsibilities of the shift with minimal supervision
Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all timesCleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shiftCompletes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects

 

Qualifications

Qualified line cooks will need to have great communication skills, mobility during the entire shift, the ability to lift 25-50 lbs. and can work standing for the length of the shift.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 18.
