Atrium Health Primary Care Lake Park Family Medicine, located in Indian Trail, NC, opened in June 2003 to serve the medical needs of Lake Park, Hemby Bridge, and surrounding communities in Union County. 

Position Highlights:

Join 2 Physicians and 4 APPs Outpatient only Full scope FM Clinic  Office Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM- 6:00PM Full-Time Work Schedule: 4.5 Day Work Week! Minimal Call (Phone Only): 1 Week/Year – Shared Amongst, 26 Providers Suburban practice moved to a new building in June of 2023, featuring 21 exam rooms Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology A short working commute from South Charlotte
