Description The Integration Layer & Embedded Product Manager at Huntington National Bank will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of embedded products across various divisions and market segments. This role focuses on driving technical strategy, ensuring scalable and secure integration layers, and embedding products into external ecosystems to enhance connectivity and performance. The product director will work closely with the engineering, architecture, and product teams to develop robust enterprise-grade integration products that drive innovation and operational excellence. Key responsibilities: + Spearhead the development of a new integration layer that enables embedded products to align with business objectives and market demands. + Lead the creation of customizable and scalable embeddable portals that can be seamlessly integrated into external platforms. + Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, deployment, and scaling of multiple API integration and orchestration projects. + Collaborate with internal business units to define requirements, ensure successful product launches, and drive adoption across segments. + Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and customer-centric design. + Continuously assess product performance and recommend enhancements to improve competitiveness and meet evolving customer needs. + Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and regulatory standards in all integration and embedded product initiatives. + Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and leadership growth. + Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Preferred Qualifications + Integration architecture and embedded product development. + Strong expertise in microservices architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native technologies such as GCP, AWS, and Azure. + Extensive experience with API-driven solutions, embedded product frameworks, and leveraging advanced technologies to streamline operations and improve customer experience. + Proven track record of delivering high-throughput, scalable solutions that meet the demands of large-scale enterprise environments and ensure optimal performance and reliability. + Expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and cross functional team leadership. + Strong background in middleware design, distributed systems, and data synchronization technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, and RESTful APIs. Compensation Range: $93,000 - $189,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
