Your Role

Mission:

Your mission will be as the Governance Specialist, focusing on Azure China. You will ensure that, together with our external partners, we deliver these services with the required quality, the promised lead time, and the right cost, fulfilling the expectations of the stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Focus on Azure China governance, process improvements, and efficiency.Provide advice, documentation, and training material for using these processes/tools and operational support.Support further improvement of the enterprise-grade Azure cloud environment, requiring advanced knowledge of Azure PaaS components.Enhance the cloud component catalog.Strengthen overall cloud governance for our cloud foundation (policies, automation, guidelines, documentation, training).Act as a cloud ambassador within the organization and support in creating training material/documentation.Develop T-shaped skills by supporting other team members and working in various areas of the cloud platform.

To succeed, you will need  

Experience Requirements:

Good overall experience in Azure Cloud (AZ-104 or AZ-305 are a plus).Experience with Azure governance for enterprise environments (landing zones, policies, Cloud Adoption/Enterprise Scale Framework, etc.).Knowledge of CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework) and WAF (Well Architected Framework).

Technical Skills:

Advanced/Expert knowledge of the Azure platform (IaaS, PaaS, network components).General security knowledge.Knowledge of Kubernetes / AKS is a plus.Infrastructure as Code knowledge (Terraform/Bicep is a plus).

Non-Technical Skills:

Passion for the job.Objective-oriented, self-organized, and self-driven.High learning capabilities.Team player.Creative problem-solving skills.Result/goal-oriented.Security-minded.No tolerance for user impact.Willingness to develop expert/generic competencies (T-shaped profile).Strong verbal and written English language skills are a must.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
