GETTING A FLYING START

As a APAC Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for support solid APAC consolidation management report.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

     Synthetizes, analyses and comments financial information to provide a precise, clear and consistent view of performance indicators for his/her perimeter (Actual, Forecasts & Budgets, Product / Market analysis…)

     Is a relay to deploy and implement processes, policies and tools, providing clarifications and explanations to Finance teams and managers

     Contributes to the timely, accurate and compliant production of Nexans ISP BG consolidated financial statements by:

o     Maintaining up-to-date consolidation tools and referential

o     Monitoring the timeliness and consistency of entities submission

o     Controlling the success of automatic consolidation processes

o     Preparing analysis and explanations on the content of Nexans financial statements

     Fosters strong relationship between BG/BU and sites

     Coordinate and drive ISP budgets, forecasts and strategic plan as Nexans group schedules

     Responsible for ad hoc finance analysis report on demand

     Trains / coaches local sites’ reporting/accounting staff - as necessary - in their use of HFM, in their knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, etc

     Other finance related supporting tasks assigned by the management to achieve the company objectives

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

•     Education: University degree required.  Finance Major, CPA, ACCA is a plus.

•     Experience: At least 10 years experience in finance field, 5 years solid finance analysis experiences

•     Familiar with the ERP system, e.g. SAP FI/CO or Microsoft Navision or Ufida

•     Experience in HFM (Hyperion) preferred

•     Excellent MS Office skills, e.g. Excel, PPT

•     Fluent speaking and written in English, e.g. CET6

•     Possess analytical mindset & business sense

•     Good learner, regular communication and collaboration

•     Self motivated and work in challenging culture and environment

•     Accountable, confident, results-driven, an independent worker + team player
