Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Specialist in Chesterfield, MO. Responsibilities: * AP Specialist will be responsible for maintaining vendor records, tax forms, ACH/wire information, and certificates of insurance * Manage purchase order records in our purchase order (PO) system and perform 3-way match to process accounts payable (AP) invoices * Responsible for coding credit card transactions, employee expense reimbursement, AP invoices * As an AP Specialist, you will review AP aging report and generate weekly AP payment list, based on payment terms and due date * Maintain travel and entertainment expense records and generate monthly capitalization entries
