Salary: $30/Hour per Board Approved Non-Unit Rate Sheet Bargaining Unit ( click here (https://www.greececsd.org/Page/531) for contracts): Non-Unit Report Times: 7:15am - 3:15pm Daily Hours: varied Work Year: 2024-2025 Supervisor: Director of School to Career Pathways Minimum Requirements: Current Greece Central School District employee or on the active substitute list Experience proctoring Educational Exams Desired Qualifications: Available May 5-9 May 12-16, May 19-23 Excellent knowledge of requirements for facilitating and proctoring AP exams Experience Proctoring AP Exams in the past Position Summary/Responsibilities: Familiarize themselves ahead of time with the exam procedures, and technical requirements; Attend training prior to serving as Proctor; Will be requested to arrive 15, 30 or 45 minutes before testing for set up. AP Coordinators (Head Proctors) will determine what is required for each exam; Ensure exam rooms are set up according to directions; For hybrid and paper exams count and check the exams received for the exam administration. Confirm the exam title of each of the AP Exams; Set up exam equipment (i,e,. Easels, slides, CD players and recording devices/equipment) required to administer exams (in world languages and cultures, Proctors may also need to assist students with equipment during the exam); Admit and direct students to assigned seats; Ensure students do not bring cell phones, book bags, and other material into the exam room; Ensure that the proper seating distance is maintained between students; Assist in the distribution of testing materials; Assist students with filling out their identifying information on answer sheets for hybrid and paper exams; Supervise the testing room; Walk around the room to ensure students are working on the correct exam section and maintaining secure testing; Guard against attempts at cheating and keep the room attended at all times, including during breaks; Complete a seating chart, if not already prepared; Collect and account for all exam materials; Other duties as assigned.
