JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the team. The primary focus of this role will be processing check requests, full cycle PO matching, and invoices efficiently and accurately.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Verify accuracy of invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval prior to payment.

Maintains, analyzes and reconciles accounts payable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.

Develops, directs, plans and evaluates accounts payable policies and procedures, and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.

May process employee expenses reimbursement requests for payment.

Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions

Works with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and 2+ years of experience.

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
