DESCRIPTION:

It is an exciting time to join the Business Finance team at IFF.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Product costing and Finance Analytics.

The Integrated Operations (IO) Financial Analyst is a partner to the operations leaders for their assigned area.  You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and provide clear insights into the Operations performance and identify opportunities for additional improvement and productivity. You are constantly looking for way to improve and further develop our internal analytical tools. Through a wide and strong network, you can enhance financial awareness across the organization and ensure transparency on key financial indicators/targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Financial Support and business partnering to Integrated Operations leadership.Liaison from Finance to Operations on various issues and requests.Liaison from Finance to Global Business Services on Cost Accounting matters.Deliver KPI’s to support the company’s operating system.Coordinate monthly production costs and variance forecast by working closely with the Plant Accounting team and local leadershipCoordinate the yearly budget process for the plants with focus on cost, capacity and explaining impact to final products throughout budget process.Continuously focus on productivity, improvement opportunities and collaboration with Plant teams to execute.Actively support and maintain an environment for strong internal controlsProvide detailed Monthly Plant ReportingAssist the company in meeting productivity targets

 QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: University Accounting, Finance or Economics degree.Experience:  1 year Financial Analyst experience, Manufacturing environment preferred but not requiredEnglish - intermediate levelFluent in Portuguese
