Job Description
This AP Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Corporate AP group with day-to-day AP functions such as invoice processing, three-way match, supplier invoice analysis, exception research, and remediation.
ResponsibilitiesProcess Accounts Payable within Oracle CloudPerform three-way matchConduct supplier invoice analysisResearch and remediate AP exceptionsIdentify accounting treatment for non-purchase order invoicesInitiate supplier paymentsManage multiple processes simultaneously including invoicing, AP inbox, and approvalsCreate pivot tables and vlookups within Microsoft ExcelEssential SkillsFour+ years of experience processing AP invoices within an organization greater than $300 million in revenueFour+ years of experience with three-way match within an organization greater than $300 million in revenueFour+ years of experience managing multiple AP processes including invoicing, AP inbox, and approvalsExperience with supplier invoice analysis, AP exception research and remediation, identifying the accounting treatment for non-purchase order invoices, and initiating supplier paymentsExperience with an ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, or similarExperience creating pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formulasAssociate's degreeAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in purchasing, supplier and vendor master creation, matching tax IDs, and 1099sPreviously held a temporary role since 2017 or moreWork Environment
This role will report to the AP Manager within a team of 8+ members. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday. The state-of-the-art facility includes a gym and cafeteria onsite. The leadership team is known for being flexible and understanding. Additional benefits include holiday pay for 6 major holidays and accrual of 16 hours of PTO every 400 hours worked.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
