Job Description

We are seeking a Funds Data Analyst for our Global Technology & Operations (GTO) division based in Luxembourg. This role entails the production and dissemination of critical regulatory documentation and mastering the fund data collection process within the publiFund environment. The analyst will ensure data quality control and data dissemination to key market participants and platforms. This role involves maintaining and disseminating data and documentation for AB Luxembourg funds and providing subject matter expertise for publiFund.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and disseminate regulatory documents including PRIIPs KID, UCITS KIID, EPT, and EMT for share classes in multiple languages.Manage the fund data collection process within the publiFund environment, ensuring data quality control and dissemination.Collaborate with the Data Services Manager and other stakeholders to oversee the publiFund platform and integrate it with AB internal systems.Maintain and enhance processes and procedures for data management and monitor adherence to data quality standards.Engage in specific projects to enhance the scope of data on the publiFund platform.Serve as the SME for publiFund and provide training to internal AB stakeholders.Respond to data-related queries and resolve root causes of data inconsistencies.Key SkillsAnalytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight and changing deadlines.Strong relationship-building skills and ability to interface constructively with teams in global locations.Proficient with Excel and experience with Database Applications.Working knowledge of SQL is a plusKnowledge of FEfundinfo, and/or publiFunds is a plus.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.5 years of experience in the financial services industry with a solid understanding of the fund life-cycle.Working knowledge of Luxembourg-domiciled funds and applicable regulations is preferred.Experience in data management roles and high-level data quality checks.Excellent command of English (verbal and written).Why Join Us
