Annual Giving Coordinator

Pitt-Bradford is looking to bring on a new member for our office of Philanthropic Alumni Engagement. The Annual Gifts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the University’s mission by managing and growing the annual giving program. This includes overseeing fundraising activities, engagement efforts, and creating lasting relationships within the Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement (PAE) team.

Salary: 43,000/year – 50,000/year

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the annual giving program, including direct mail, digital engagement, online giving, and volunteer management.Coordinate annual giving events and serve as a liaison to campus departments.Promote annual giving initiatives and manage special projects as assigned.Ensure annual giving goals are achieved.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with:

The ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and adhere to confidentiality.Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word, with the ability to learn new software as needed.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
