Overview

Execute a marketing and promotion plan based on the goals and marketing direction set by the managerExecute marketing and promotion plans for anime and music worksManage the budget and performance of marketing and promotion for each titleAim to improve the quality of the marketing and promotion plan for each titleImprove and develop processes to maximize capabilities and maximize high levels of performance

Key Responsibilities

Work with production and marketing or sales to execute promotional plans that engage consumersImplement a planning cycle (Plan, Execute, Retrospective, Validate) for each titleCollaborate with managers to manage and report on the financial performance of anime and music works as appropriateIt provides market analysis and insights into consumer behavior from a marketing and promotion perspective.Increase productivity and competence through the sharing of knowledge, experience and skills, and continuously improve processes and communication within the team

Qualifications

Skills and Experiences

(Required)

3~5 years of marketing, advertising, sales or production experience in the content/entertainment industryCommunication and presentation skillsBasic project management and team building skillsNegotiation skills, influential skills, and interpersonal skillsBasic experience in managing outside contractorsBasic English proficiency and fluent written and oral communication skills in Japanese
