The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience (front-facing people).** **Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm; during inventory season April through June as needed will work 10:00am - 7:00pm.** **Key Functions** **Anesthesia Supplies** a. Work with staff to ensure that the necessary supplies are at a level that allows them to be readily available to all Anesthesia service areas b. Stock and maintain supplies in all OR pods as well as all offsite areas c. Transport supplies from Anesthesia central inventory to clinical service areas d. Manage supply expirations to ensure that supplies are being used in a timely manner so that items do not remain on the shelf that are expired **Administration** a. Maintain a database of daily supply request b. Maintain PAR levels in PeopleSoft for assigned areas c. Communicate back order and substitution information to key stakeholders **Inventory Support** a.
