This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates. Position Details: + Specialty: Anesthesiologist + Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS + State Licensure: IL required + Start Date: ASAP after credentialing. Temporary Privs can be offered in 1 week + Duration: Ongoing + Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts only + On-call/Callback: No call + Types of Cases/Procedures: General, Ortho, GI + EMR System: EPIC + MDs supervising CRNAs 1:2 Additional Information: + Weekly Direct Deposit and Malpractice Insurance Covered by Amergis + Travel/Lodging: Amergis can book flights. Rental car/mileage stipend weekly. Lodging stipend covers the day before shift, days worked, and the day after shift. Meals stipend covers only days worked. + Site Notes: Very mild, low volume, very rare ASA 4. Hospital does not have an ICU and transfers sick patients to a higher acuity facility. Strong CRNAs, only need an MD to appease the incoming surgical group. + Interview Process: Will interview with site chief. Emergency privileges available within 1 week.
