Job DescriptionWe're looking for a great digital analytics and reporting manager to join our growing BI Product Management team (#LI-hybrid) and help create and accelerate our growth ambitions. We have a wealth of ideas, a fantastic team, and the desire to help more SMEs make better financial decisions. Our goal is to provide lenders with the best analytics and data to help SMEs thrive without exceeding their risk appetite.
You'll report to the Head of Product Operations and work closely with our product management, user experience, and analytics teams. Your role will bring clarity on the engagement and usage of our products, deriving data-driven insights to steer product development and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Analyze product and website data to identify areas for improvement.Track and measure website traffic and performance metrics.Create and present data reports to senior management.Track API and screened product usage.Collaborate with marketing and sales for campaign tracking.Implement and test product features.Generate and maintain dashboards and site metrics reports.Provide SEO insights and traffic optimization for SMEs.Assist in developing and implementing optimization strategies.Ideal Candidate:
Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and web analytics tools.Familiar with digital marketing and web engagement trends.Capable of driving well-informed, data-driven business decisions.Qualifications5+ years experience as a Web Analyst or similar role5+ years Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Analytical skills and data drivenUnderstanding of SEO and web traffic metricsFamiliarity with social media platforms and their analyticsKnowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)Present complex data in understandable waysExpertise in managing vendors and teams
