As a key member of theRO/BG/IS business unit leadership team, you willcombine business insight, analyticalexpertise, and storytelling skills to support both short-term goals and long-term strategies. **Core Responsibilities** + **Strategic Advisory:** Collaborate with leadership to developtailored analytic solutionsand trackkey performance metrics. + **Performance Analysis & Insights:** Providedeep-dive analyseson business performance, uncovering actionable insights. + **Forecasting & Advanced Analytics:** Applystatistical modelingandforecasting toolstoanticipatetrends and inform strategies. + **Storytelling:** Translatecomplex data insightsintocompelling narrativesfor non-technical partners. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner withmarketing, sales, finance, and operationsto align insights with business strategies. + **Independent Project Management:** Leadad hoc analyses, resolve conflicts, and deliver insights withminimal guidance. **Key Deliverables:** + Build andmaintainperformance reportingfor the region. + Analyze data frompricing, promotions, and product mixtoidentifygrowth opportunitiesand mitigate risks. + Implementforecasting toolsand guide decision-making through insights. + Train teams onself-service data toolsand recommendadditional solutions. + Support“test and learn” experiments, providing clearresult's analysis. + Integrate insights fromindustry and shopper datato inform commercial strategies. **Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?** + Technical Proficiency:IntermediateexpertiseinSQL, Python, and tools likeSnowflakeandDatabricks. + Analytical Expertise:Proficient indata modeling,exploratory analysis, andstatistical techniques. + Storytelling with Data:Ability to present insights in a clear andactionable formatfor diverse audiences. + Commercial Competence:Strong understanding ofmarket trends, performance drivers, andconsumer behavior. + Collaboration & Influence:Skilled in partnering withcross-functional teamsand influencing decisions. **Experience Required:** + Experienced inanalytics or insights roles, preferably inconsumer goods, retail or consultancy company + Proven experience in buildingdashboardsand structuringdatasets. + Ability tosynthesize datafor diverse audiences and managead hoc projects.
