12958BRJob Description:This position is for Accounting Clerk as part of our Gary Primary Reliability Centered Maintenance Division. Experienced candidates must be efficient with monthly accounting and tracking labor hours.
Job Requirements:
Education & Certification:
+ General Business Certification
+ Microsoft Excel Level 2
Experience:
+ Demonstrate accounting experience
+ Perform inventory recording
+ Perform weekly highlights
+ Logistics experience with a strong understanding of supply chain processes
+ Proven business professional experience
+ Proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Etc.)
+ Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
+ Capable of climbing/descending stairs on a repetitive basis
+ Capable of sitting for extended periods of time
+ Capable of working overtime, weekends, holidays, etc.
+ Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment
Preferred skills:
+ Ability to learn internal software programs
+ Multitasking
