JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible for being the product manager and customer experience lead for a portfolio of analytic products. The incumbent will be accountable for driving business value by prioritizing the analytic backlog, breaking down large analytic efforts into a manageable work plan, and translating complex analytics into simple, actionable recommendations for the business.

Helps define the strategy and roadmap for each productManage the analytic backlog, both within each product and across all productsDesign a customer experience strategy with success metrics tailored to each customer personaServe as the primary advocate for the customer within the analytics teamTranslate business needs into a prioritized list of requirements for analystsEmpower analysts to do their best work by clearly articulating priorities on an ongoing basisOptimize analytics adoption and usage to maximize customer valueOther duties as assigned or requested.EDUCATION
