**Job Location: Whippany, NJ**
**Job Responsibilities**
+ We are looking for an experienced professional to help shape and drive conversations with the Pre-Trade team focusing on transforming their approach to data-driven decision-making.
+ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data products and a judicious mindset to influence the landscape of Pre-Trade operations.
+ Lead discussions and workshops with Pre-Trade teams to introduce and promote the Data Product approach.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams toget the current Pre-Trade processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven strategies.
+ Develop and convey a clear vision for integrating data product principles into the Pre-Trade landscape.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement data product strategies that enhance the Pre-Trade decision-making process.
+ Provide expertise in data management governance and product lifecycle to ensure successful adoption of data-driven methodologies.
+ Ensure alignment of data product initiatives with broader organizational goals and Pre-Trade objectives.
**Required Skills**
+ Proven experience in data products data strategy or a related field.
+ Strong understanding of the Pre-Trade process and its challenges.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Strategic thinking and the ability to shape complex conversations around data transformation.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive change in a dynamic environment.
+ Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus.
