Analytics Analyst/Reports Developer

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analytics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL experience, and a strong working knowledge of Epic Cogito analytics tools. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy thinking outside the box to deliver insightful analytics, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and aid in development of best-in-class Epic and non-Epic solutions to meet organizational data needsDevelop complex SQL queries to support data-driven insights and advanced analyticsManage various projects and serve as a trusted partner to operationsGather requirements from stakeholders and translate to technical documentation Qualifications Certification in Epic Cogito tools and Caboodle data models; particular proficiency with patient scheduling, registration, and questionnaire data preferredExperience working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and prioritiesExperience collaborating with technical and non-technical rolesA strong drive to identify areas for improvement and derive novel solutionsBachelor’s degree required 2-3 years of experience requiredLifestyle and Work Environment
