What you’ll do:

 

Evaluate the performance of the real estate portfolio considering factors such as total space and capacities, occupancy rates, rental costs, operating costs, and overall financial performance. Monitor lease expirations, rent escalations, and lease terms. Conduct financial modeling and ensure compliance with lease obligations and legal requirements.Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and industry dynamics to identify suitable locations for the company's real estate needs. Gather data on demographics, labor markets, transportation infrastructure, and regulatory factors. Generate regular reports on the performance of the real estate portfolio, including occupancy rates, cost metrics, and financial projections to support decision-making. Analyze the utilization of office spaces within the real estate portfolio by assessing current and projected space requirements. Track occupancy rates and develop strategies for optimizing space utilization.

 

What you bring

 

Excellent research and data analysis skills, including real estate and cash flow modelling. Keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data, research findings, and investment recommendations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in using financial software. Knowledge of IFRS 16 and related accounting standards. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in real estate portfolio management or a related role. Experience with lease accounting and compliance is a plus.
