The International Loyalty & Partnerships team, as part of the Premium Products & Benefits organisation within the ICS COE, is responsible for setting the enterprise-wide loyalty and benefit vision and leveraging our partnerships to deliver top-line revenue aspirations by building world beating customer value propositions, whilst expanding margin to enhance shareholder value.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Reporting to the Manager, International Partnerships & Business Development, this role will help manage multi-market partner relationships, reporting, invoicing and operations for existing embedded benefits partners across Premium Products (e.g. Amazon Prime, YNAP). They will also help drive business development initiatives through data analysis & support with pitch deck & business case development. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining presentations for partner facing discussion.
This role supports the broader Partnerships & Business Development team on their partner reporting and analyses (e.g. Dell, Indeed).
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own and independently manage recurring and ad-hoc partner reporting, ensuring that relevant stakeholders, both internal & external, are meeting contractual obligations.
+ Act as the day-to-day contact with existing partners and local markets for reporting, invoicing, marketing & operational/servicing activities.
+ Act as liaison between local markets and partners, ensuring clear and conscious communication.
+ Coordinate with global and central Marketing teams to maintain a marketing calendar and reporting package, as well as advocate for increased opportunities as needed to drive growth.
+ Partner with Analytics to understand reporting capabilities & ensure reporting accuracy.
+ Support the Manager in reporting & partnership updates for internal global roundtables & local market discussions.
+ Support Manager with data analysis & business cases for BD opportunities.
+ Own a team-wide pipeline tracker, driving efficiencies in how we communicate opportunities across CoE and Product teams globally.
+ Lead and share external research & analysis on the competitive environment / industry trends.
+ Confidently share best practices and learnings across International markets.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
The role will require comfort and confidence in creating and presenting partner-facing content, influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally and delivering results across multiple global cross-functional teams including other pillars of the ICS COE, Product, Strategic Partnerships, TLS, GNS, Legal, Controllership, Tech, GMNS and Operational Excellence.
+ Prior experience managing stakeholders and supporting complex multi-market negotiations
+ Experience managing partnerships across multiple verticals (e.g. Retail, Online)
+ Results-oriented, data-centric team player with clear communication style and a strong will to build compelling stories through data & Powerpoint
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, nVision), with the ability to develop and own detailed internal and external reporting packages
+ International, multi-market experience and knowledge; global and cultural mindset and ability to keep organised working across many local market teams
+ Ability to act autonomously to drive forward partnerships, find solutions, define business cases and create compelling pitch materials
+ A passion for partnerships and a growth mindset – eagerness to follow industry trends and the competitive landscape
+ High energy, strong will-to-win and ability to navigate a fast paced white space environment
+ Ability to work across a matrixed, fast changing organisation across International markets and bring stakeholders together to achieve common objectives
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across global teams
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills; can adjust style depending on external audiences and internal stakeholders
