Order Fulfillment Analyst will ensure that customer needs are met in accordance with the terms of the contract：

Work closely with the Third-Party Logistics service providers and customers to ensure customers' requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. 

Execute spare parts delivery plan to meet customer needs.

 

 

 

Manage new customer setup in system Manage sales orders from order placing till delivery.Support with customer orders, drop shipments, short and lost shipments, credit memos and invoices, return authorizations, as well as other related work that is generated in the order service departments Manage warranty claim for parts, and replacementMaintain an effective level of communication and working relationship with all customers and cross functional departments , such as Sales , Sales Support , Field Service , Planner , Logistics , Finance and other related departments both local and oversea.Support and back up department during peak time and other short staffing occasionsEnglish, good at read and writeRelated customer service experience will be advantage
