Job Summary

As a Analyst HR Servicing in Employee Data Management team you will serve employee document related service (i.e. receiving and storage of employee documents and retrieval of the same when required). The documents that flow through employee records are generated from the Active &   Terminated employee’s life cycle. Imaging/scanning is the method by which these documents are saved in the HR System and retrieved as needed by individuals with authorized access. 
 

Job responsibilities:

Retrieve and upload employee records to/from the central system. Manage projects, process improvements, and migrations. Liaise with stakeholders to propose and implement improvements. Create complex reference letters and conduct reference checks. Enhance daily processes and systems. Collaborate with tech teams for project requirements and testing. Develop analysis-based business cases for new demands. Train team members and business partners on tools. Execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Conduct quality checks and resolve issues.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3+ years in HR operations or shared services. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Stakeholder management experience. Automation and process simplification expertise. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Problem-solving and data analysis capabilities. Proactive, engaging, and impact-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask under pressure and work independently. Open to shifts across APAC & EMEA. Proficient in Microsoft Office / I-Vault

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Understanding of concepts and hands-on experience working with Global image Capture tool, HCM and Service Now Experience with tools such as I-Vault, MS office Knowledge of HCM/PeopleSoft/HR applications
