This position is to provide support to database team members in fullfilling daily work tasks as well as pulling data to support operations.
Primary Responsibility• To assist in customer tracking and promotion tracking reports in timely and accurate manner
• To assist in detail analysis in promotion tracking on specific findings
• To assist in Database segmentation and creation of database reports
• Provide customers analytics on timely manner as requested by both internal or external parties.
• Liase with different departments to develop a meaningful event/promotion analysis
• Regular analysis on on-going marketing promotion/campaign
• Diploma holder, preferable major in Statistics, Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis for marketing department
• Prior experience working with SQL, SAS, or other statistical
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a MUST
• Good commend of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good logical thinking and able to communicate effectively
• Must be very detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
• Able to communicate in English and Cantonese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage.
