Our Network Operations team works around the clock running United’s global operation, safely, reliably and efficiently. From dispatching and routing our fleet to coordinating with maintenance line planning and crew scheduling, this team makes caring connections with our internal customers and ultimately, United’s customers. From pushback to landing, the Network Operations team is the eyes and ears on the ground no matter where in the world your United flight takes you.

Key Responsibilities:

The Analyst – Training Deployment for Network Operations plays a pivotal role in leveraging data to support training initiatives and operational performance within Network Operations and related divisions. This position is responsible for analyzing training data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance training outcomes and support organizational objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Analyst contributes to the development and execution of training reports, projects, and presentations, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Training Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze training performance data to identify trends and areas of opportunityDevelop, schedule, and maintain multiple training reports, ensuring accuracy and relevanceNotify key collaborators responsible for addressing training initiativesCollaboration on Projects and Reports Partner with the Director, Training team, and Safety Analytics team to develop reports and support special projectsAd-Hoc Reporting and PresentationsPrepare ad-hoc training reports as neededAssist in creating and developing training-related presentations for leadership and collaborators
