General Description

Work closely with the management team to provide well sounded data and reports to ensure the operational efficacy in the credit origination process and take informed decisions for Individual Lending businesses. Validate database information and ensure data quality and completeness. Support business transformation initiatives by providing data and monitoring tools. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed and distributed on time to all units. Establish and maintain good relationships with internal clients, anticipate their needs, present alternatives, and provide follow-up to the agreements reached.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop, generate and publish reports and or dashboards to manage business activities. Develop special reports and or dashboards and presentations required by Management. Automate the reporting process. Develop analysis and recurrent reports for management and internal clients, presenting the results of research and analysis. Provides concise data reports and clear data visualizations for management. Analyze “adhoc” requests to understand needs, assess viability and prepare deliverables accurately using multiple databases. Perform primary and secondary analysis to identify business opportunities and/or strategy results. Perform data mining and analyze large sets of data to identify patterns and trends by applying quantitative and analytical tools. Ensures data quality by performing segmentation, applicable policies, and accuracy audits. Reconcile and validate data loads. Validate and certify integration of new fields and data into databases. Education

Bachelor's degree Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline or field from an accredited University/ College.

Experience

At least two years of relevant experience in utilization of databases, reporting and visualization tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) Knowledge of credit cycle as well as local and federal laws. Excellent analytical and logical skills. Ability to interpret and analyze financial information. Writes and presents clearly and informatively (Spanish and/or English), produce high quality documentation, and presents numerical data effectively. Manage data from multiple sources and databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision-making. Proficiency in the use of the following applications: Word, Power Point, Excel, PowerBI. Manage database tools proficiently: SQL, MsAccess, Oracle Query Builder, SAS, PowerQuery. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work in groups. Capacity to set priorities, manage simultaneously multiple jobs and meet deadlines. Excellent negotiation and organization skills.
