As an Analyst in our Work and Rewards practice, you will work side-by-side with some of the top industry consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge including learning about WTW's global intellectual property and critical human resources policy and process design approaches and skills and gain experience working with a variety of clients across industries. You will have immediate exposure to client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, play a role in policy, model, and process design and present results.
The Role
WTW is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with 400 consultants advising over 2,500 companies worldwide on this topic. The Work, Rewards team is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through how they organize work and how they manage main HR policies.
We help client develop strategies and design programs that address their rewards and related people needs, drive higher performance and add to the employee experience. We provide the data, tools, strategy, design and execution support essential to ensure organization’s pay and other reward programs are cost effective and deliver the behavior and performance needed. In addition, we work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients.
Responsible for delivering successful project to clients, the main activities of these projects include: creating total rewards strategies, organization design, performance management, career frameworks and job levelling, salary benchmarking, rewards structures, variable pay design, sales incentives, fair pay, etc. In our Work, RewardsTeam, you will experience an international, high demanding and high energy environment. You get to work on multiple projects, both with national and international clients. • Bachelor's/Master's degree from top universities in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or other analytical degrees.
• Affinity with financial and strategic topics, with interest in compensation, rewards, or employee experience issues.
• Strong analytical skills; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
• A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems.
• Able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Committed to quality; continuously working to achieve the highest excellence standards.
• Open to learning new topics and embracing development opportunities.
• Pro-active with strong social skills (team player).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English.
