Summary:
The Inside Sales Analyst is responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing support functions, such as: brand/wholesale analysis, opportunity entry, operations changes, problem resolution, and customer service. This position is responsible for developing and building relationships with both internal and external marketing stakeholders. The Analyst works closely with the Territory Managers and Region Business Supervisors to ensure that customer needs are met, and works to ensure that all customer supply questions, quotes, and analyses are done in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate has the ability to build customer relationships through communication and responsiveness, and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This position serves as a segue into a Territory Manager field position.
