Analyst: Vendor Master
**What you’ll do:** This is a supplier master analyst role in Global Financial Services & Systems. The role supports global supplier setup and maintenance in Oracle and SAP, auditing of global supplier master records for Oracle, creation of process documents for global processes, special projects, SAP returned check processing, 1099-1042 statutory tax reporting, and unrecovered cash processing. This position is supporting an evolving global group of internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is an energetic critical thinker, analytical, skilled in driving process improvements, who demonstrates the drive, business acumen, and people capability to deliver results within Eaton’s Global Financial Services and Systems "I) Vendor Maintenance and Support: a) Supports in the maintenance of global supplier set up in Oracle and SAP. b) Works closely with our outsourced business partner to ensure compliance to Financial and SCM policies/controls with report to vendor maintenance and support c) Creates process documents for global processes d) Review and initiate the processing of returned/out dated checks II) Compliance: Performs audit of supplier master records and supports in the preparation of statutory tax reports III) Project support: Actively participates in the UAT of ERP implementation/conversion, supplier set up and maintenance special projects IV) Help Desk support: Supports and resolves case tickets raised by internal customers in the Finance Service catalog. Analyzes issues, troubleshoots problems and provides support for Oracle, SAP and bolt-on systems as needed. V) Process Improvement: Proactively identify trends, patterns in the process, customer feedback and translate this to improvements in controls, process " **Qualifications:** Bachelor degree in accounting with a minumum of 4 years of experience in Accounts payable in large shared service minumum of 4 years of experience in Accounts payable in large shared service **Skills:** "Strong Accounting knowledge in AP within the SAP and/or Oracle platforms.
