Job Responsibilities:
The User Experience Analyst’s role is to ensure that the performance obligations of in-house computing systems are met. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of systems management, maintenance, and performance. The IT User Experience Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on their findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve malfunctions and make the appropriate recommendations in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems Investments.
Major Responsibilities
End User Support, ensure that local IT infrastructure is operational and performing well.Maintain Audio/Video infrastructure and support, training to the end users.Engineering Tools (Mathworks, Dassault, Ansys, Altair, Vector etc.) configuration and 1st level troubleshooting.Stay updated on new developments and analyze reviews of, computing technologiesMaintain quality service by enforcing organization standardsIdentify and resolve hardware and/or software issues in a timely mannerEnsure ITGC / TISAX Compliance.Knowledge and Education
Well-versed with Microsoft & Linux Operating Systems.Well-versed with PowerShell scripts.Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or equivalent from AICTE recognized University.ITIL certification.Microsoft Certification is desirable.Work Experience
5 - 7 years of work-related experienceSkills and Competencies
Strong customer service orientationProven experience in IT Operations processes and ITILProven experience in end-user supportProven experience with Office365 tech support.Experience with setup, troubleshooting, and deployment of Windows / Linux devicesExperience with setup, troubleshooting, and deployment of engineering software.Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Organizational UnitsPractical knowledge of spreadsheets, graphs, flow charts & presentations.Extensive experience with core software applications, knowledge of Matrix42 or ServiceNOW and Nexthink would be an advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to conduct research into systems issues and products as requiredAbility to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiencesHighly self-motivated and directedExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentWork Environment
